Copyright & Auburn Jam Music are committed to the respect of music copyright. (We are, after all, musicians and composers ourselves!)

Tracks available on this website are licensed for permanent download for use in the home and privately. All uses other than home and private will require you receiving permission and/or a license from PRS or the appropriate rights holder. The folks at PRS are very friendly and helpful people, so give them a call on 0845 300 6033 and they can point you in the right direction.

Material Reproduced:

All sound recordings on this site are produced and licensed by Auburn Jam Music, and all musical material is fully re-recorded in our music production & recording studio in SW London. We do not use any feature of the original recordings, unless this has been expressly agreed with the copyright holder (usually when we ourselves have produced the original recordings).

Please note that all our tracks are ℗ and © to Auburn Jam Music and it is not permitted for them to be shared, copied or broadcast without permission. Please try to point your friends to our site rather than sharing your tracks with them, as this is illegal and means we won’t be able to keep making backing tracks for long! Thank you!

Want your songs included?

If you are a musical theatre composer or publisher and would like backing tracks of songs in your catalogue to be included on the website, we would love to hear from you to discuss licensing your works! Please don’t hestiate to get in touch!

Licensing & Copyright Queries:

MCPS_PRSlogo2We have made every effort to ensure, with help from the MCPS-PRS For Music Alliance, that all backing tracks on our website hold the appropriate mechanical licenses, and royalties due to all copyright holders involved can be collected from MCPS/PRS. If you are a copyright holder of any content on the website for which you feel we might be infringing copyright, we would first and foremost like to assure you that this is completely unintended and we will do everything we can to rectify the situation. We would ask you to get in touch with us first, before proceeding to file any legal complaints or takedowns, and we will be keen to work with you to either find a suitable solution or fulfill our policy of honouring any legitimate takedown requests for content that might be unintentionally infringing copyright.
