“Made In America” is a song from the musical Bonnie & Clyde with music by Frank Wildhorn and lyrics by Don Black. The show is based on the life story of infamous American outlaws and lovers Clyde Barrow and Bonnie Parker who achieved cult hero status during the Great Depression. “Made In America” opens the second act, and is sung by a preacher and the ensemble. Bonnie & Clyde travel round America avoiding capture during their robbing spree, and as they do, we see the effects of the Great Depression on many Americans.
